
2011- 2012 Season
Thank you for your interest in joining the Inspire family of dancers. You will find all of the necessary information regarding registration on this page. As always feel free to phone the studio with any questions!
Registration
Registration for new and existing students requires three documents to be completed and signed. These forms are available in the studio or can be downloaded through the link at the right of this page. Tuition for the first session along with an annual $25 registration fee per dancer is due with the completed forms. For sessions 2 through 5, tuition will be due before the first day of the new session.
The Inspire dance year consists of five payment sessions, starting on August 17th and working towards recital on Sunday, June 27th. A student may enroll at any time during a session, as long as there is an opening in the desired class. We will prorate tuition accordingly. We will gladly accept new students into open classes through the month of December. Afterwards, registration will be closed for the remainder of the dance year.
Once a student is registered in a class, they will maintain their enrollment in future sessions. Payment will be due with each new session, but the re-enrollment process is not required. Should a dancer wish to discontinue a class, written notification is required. Please read the “Notification of Termination” information located in our handbook to avoid any unwanted charges to your account. If written notification is not received, you will be responsible for tuition regardless of attendance.
Note: We regret that we will be unable to accept registration from any student that is a member of a competing dance company or performing company that is not affiliated with Inspire School of Dance. Students of High School groups such as poms, cheer or orchesis are welcome.
Tuition Details:
A guaranteed credit card is required for enrollment at Inspire. There will be a $15 fee charged for any credit card that is not kept current with the office. This includes invalid cards, declined cards, expiration date changes, credit card replacements and bank account changes.
Tuition must be paid in full on or before the due date. If tuition is not paid in full before the next session begins, your credit card on file will be charged for your tuition amount. In addition, we will assess a $15.00 late charge.
Each session may have days that the studio is closed resulting in a reduction of your tuition. Please verify your tuition amount due before sending in any checks.
Tuition is non-refundable. (*Please note Notification of Termination).
Registration is only valid if all 3 forms are signed and completed. This includes the Credit Card Authorization form.
There will be a $30 fee for any returned check due to insufficient funds.
Remaining current in all tuition payments is necessary to maintain your place in class.
Automatic Billing Option
When registering, you may choose to have your tuition payments applied to your credit card automatically. For families that choose to use our automatic billing procedure, tuition will be billed to your credit card on the day before the new session starts.
Tuition Fee Schedule and Family Discounts
Pricing reflects an eight week session. Please notice that we have 3 eight week sessions and 2 nine week sessions during the 2010/2011 dance season. Your tuition will be prorated accordingly for each session. We also prorate for all days that the studio is closed throughout the season. The tuition pricing schedule is a family plan; therefore, discounts are built in to the pricing. As the dancers in your family attend more weekly classes, the cost per hour decreases.
Special Note - Inspire offers an unlimited plan that allows all dancers in your family to register for as many classes as they would like to take for a fixed cost.
